Customers cancel up to 24 hours before the tour start time and receive a full refund.
Any 30+ min pre-activity time change or removal/replacement of a core stop gives a full refund.
If the start time is changed by 30 minutes or more, customers will receive a full refund.
If the tour is canceled for any reason, customers will receive a full refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
If severe weather or sea conditions make it unsafe to operate, or if a critical part of the itinerary cannot be completed, customers titled to a full refund or rescheduling to another available date.
A truly minor changes: no core stop removal/replacement and pre-activity time changes under 30 minutes, such as a slight route adjustment, a different stop with a similar experience, or a timing change within the same day, the tour will continue and no refund will be provided.

If customers do not accept a proposed major itinerary change, they are entitled to a full refund.
