Tampa Bay: Private Kingfish Fishing Charter

Join Captain Jarrod for a 6-hour private kingfish charter in Tampa Bay. Troll and live-bait for fast, hard-fighting king mackerel with all gear and bait included.
Chase one of Tampa Bay's fastest and hardest-fighting gamefish on this private 6-hour kingfish charter with Captain Jarrod Wallach. Kingfish (king mackerel) migrate through the nearshore and offshore waters around Tampa Bay, Egmont Key, and the Sunshine Skyway, and this trip is built around finding them - trolling spoons and diving plugs, then switching to live bait like threadfin herring or greenies once fish are marked.

Captain Jarrod runs a 25-foot Sportsman bay boat powered by a 250HP Yamaha, giving you a fast, comfortable, and stable ride to the fish. This is a private charter, so it's just your group on board - no strangers, no shared trips. All rods, reels, tackle, bait, ice, and a Florida fishing license are included, so you can show up and fish.

Kingfish put up a blistering first run and are prized as both a sport fish and table fare - smoked kingfish dip is a Tampa Bay staple. Whether you're chasing a personal best or just want a fast-paced day on the water, this charter is built to put you on fish.
