In case of force majeure (such as extreme weather conditions affecting Northern Lights visibility), a full refund will be provided at any time.
If the tour is cancelled by the supplier for any reason, or if the customer does not agree with changes to the itinerary, a full refund will be issued.
Rescheduling may be offered, but a refund is always available if the customer prefers.
The tour involves outdoor walking on snow or ice; moderate physical condition is recommended
Hot drinks and snacks are provided.
Don’t forget your camera, and dress warmly — the temperature may drop below –20°C.
