Looking for a Christmas outing to enjoy with your family in the Loiret? From December 12 to 30, 2026, the Château de Meung-sur-Loire will be transformed for the holiday season!
Immerse yourself in the magic of Christmas with your family and discover a castle fully decorated for the holiday season! Explore more than 20 decorated and staged rooms, from the attics to the cellars, and let yourself be surprised by the decorations, entertainment and characters that await you along the way.
Until December 23, keep your eyes peeled: Santa Claus has hidden himself in the castle! Go on a family quest to find him during your visit.
Families will also be able to meet Walter the Robot, see Lucie Lux's show inspired by Hansel and Gretel, enjoy the inflatable structure and take part in numerous activities: neon face painting, drawing on the castle walls, a drawing contest and making wreaths.
And for a little break between activities, head to Mrs. Claus's Tavern! Take a seat and enjoy a delicious and comforting break with the whole family. (Additional fee.)

When to come? From 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on December 12 and 13, from December 19 to 23, and from December 26 to 30. The castle is closed from December 14 to 18 and on December 24 and 25.
Allow about 2 hours on site to take time to explore the decorations and take part in the various activities.
