But what about learning how to cook at home several cycladic-cuisine dishes and surprise your friends and family? Cook together with a professional chef a 4-course meal and learn with hand-on experience. The class is held at special spots depending on the weather conditions: a special indoor area overlooking the beer production unit or outdoors on a lovely wooden patio under the shade of 150-year-old vineyards in a bioclimatic garden. When the food is ready you will indulge yourselves in the full meal you cooked, seated in an industrial-style soom inside the state-of-the-art Ftelos brewery. In addition you may explore the brewery on you own if you wish, and even buy craft beer to take with you after.

•The real Greek salad with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, capers and caper leaves

•Pork Tenderloin cooked with beer and sweet potato puree
