Made with premium local noodles, they are cooked and drained, then tossed with oil and a variety of seasonings, including rapeseed oil, sesame oil, chili peppers, soy sauce, salt, and MSG. Finally, they are topped with white sesame seeds, chopped green onions, crushed peanuts, and rice sprouts.
