Free cancellation up to 24 hours before tour departure (full refund). After that, no refund, except in cases of force majeure (then always a full refund). In the event of cancellation by us or if the customer rejects proposed changes: full refund.
The tour takes place rain or shine, provided there are no safety concerns. In the event of extreme weather conditions, the skipper may adjust the route or postpone the tour for safety reasons. In this case, the customer is free to choose between rebooking for an alternative date or a full refund.
Please request catering (champagne, tapas, soft drinks) at least 24 hours in advance. House-trained dogs are welcome; please advise in advance.
The meeting point is right at the boat's berth in the marina. Please look out for the white Fairline Targa 52. Our skipper will be waiting for you there and can be reached by phone if you can't find the berth.
