From Málaga, we’ll climb to 1,000 meters (3,281 ft), passing olive groves and rugged hills before reaching steep, terraced vineyards clinging to the mountainside. This is heroic viticulture: every grape is cared for by hand, as no machine can reach here.

On arrival, we will be welcomed like friends. We’ll explore the vineyard, learning about the native grapes, the challenges of this altitude, and how the crisp mountain air shapes these wines. The views are breathtaking—across valleys, distant peaks, and the endless Andalusian sky with the Mediterranean Sea beneath our feet and Africa visible on the other side.

Inside their small, electricity-free winery, grapes are hand-harvested, fermented naturally, and bottled without additives. No filtration—just pure expression of the land in every drop.

Then comes the highlight: a guided tasting of six exceptional wines—whites, reds, and perhaps a rare orange wine or vermouth depending on the season. One will be a remarkable 40-year-old vintage few people will ever try. Each wine is introduced with its story, aromas, and flavors in an easy, engaging way.

Every wine is paired with local delicious tapa: Málaga cheeses, Iberian cold cuts, Spanish tortilla, artisan bread, olive oil from nearby groves, and seasonal bites, each pairing designed to bring out the best in the wine.

Throughout the visit, you can ask questions, take photos, or simply relax with a glass in hand.
