Passport is mandatory. A valid original passport is required for all foreign visitors to enter the National Museum of China.
Entry Time Slots (varies by season)

Important Note: Three admission time slots are available: 9:00–11:00, 11:00–13:30, and 13:30–16:00 (peak season third slot 13:30–16:30). Entry is only permitted during your reserved time slot.

Your English-speaking guide will contact you by 6:00 PM the day before the tour via email/SMS/WhatsApp with:

Stand near the North Gate West Side entrance where the ticket verification lane is located — this is the designated visitor entry area
