Itinerary – Daily Schedule

09:30 – Pick-up from your hotel in Zhangjiajie city center or Wulingyuan area. Private vehicle with your driver-guide. Start time is flexible – let us know your preference upon booking.

09:50 – Arrive at Yellow Dragon Cave parking lot. Short walk to the cave entrance.

10:00 – Enter the cave. Walk to the underground river dock.

10:15 – Board the boat. Cruise along the Xiangshui River, an 800-meter subterranean waterway. View stalactites and stalagmites on both sides of the river.

10:35 – Disembark and walk into the Dragon Palace Hall, the cave's largest chamber.

10:45 – Explore the cave on foot. Visit the main sights: Dragon King's Throne, Golden Spear & Silver Lance, Flower-Fruit Mountain, Fairy Bridge, and Pearl Waterfall.

11:15 – Arrive at the highlight: The Dragon's Pillar – a 19.2-meter-tall stalagmite that is the cave's most iconic formation.

11:45 – Continue walking toward the exit. Pass through the cave passages.

12:10 – Walk out of the cave.

12:20 – Return to the parking lot. Your driver-guide is waiting. You can choose to:

Head back to your hotel directly, or

Stop for lunch at a local restaurant near the cave (at your own expense, approx. 40–60 minutes)

13:00 – Stop for lunch (if you choose to).

13:50 – Continue transfer back to your hotel.

14:00 – Drop-off at your hotel or Wulingyuan Gate. Tour ends.
