Embark on a cultural and artistic journey by exploring the works of the renowned painter Onufri in Berat's churches. Start by visiting Berat Castle, the Onufri Museum, the Mangalemi and Gorica neighborhoods, and the Gorica Bridge.
Your guide will meet you at your hotel to begin the tour of Berat, a popular Albanian town known for its distinctive architecture. As a UNESCO World Heritage site, Berat offers a unique glimpse into the past.
Visit Berat Castle, where locals still reside in traditional houses within the ancient fortress walls. Explore the castle, its many Byzantine churches, and the stunning views of the city.
At the Onufri Museum, marvel at brilliant red and gold hues in the artworks. Continue on to the historic Mangalemi and Gorica districts, connected by the Gorica Bridge over the Osumi River. On your return, stop by the quaint town of Belsh, known for its charming lakeside setting.
