Embark on an unforgettable day trip from Yerevan to Tavush region. Your adventure begins with hotel pickup in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. Enjoy a scenic drive to Yenokavan, where our trek starts at Yell Extreme Park.
After a light morning snack and safety orientation, we will hike down 5.4 km into the lush gorge of the Khachaghbyur River. Surrounded by dense forest, you will discover Lastiver: a hidden paradise famous for its cascading waterfalls, wooden treehouses, and ancient caves with pre-Christian carvings.
Take time to explore, relax by the river, and enjoy freshly brewed traditional Armenian mountain coffee prepared right on the trail. Guided by a certified mountain rescuer with over 20 years of emergency experience, you can rest assured that your trek is safe and tailored to your comfortable pace.
After hiking 5.4 km back up to Yenokavan, we will drive to Lake Sevan to explore the historic 9th-century Sevanavank Monastery perched high on the peninsula. Enjoy breathtaking views of the blue lake before a relaxing return drive to Yerevan.

This tour requires a basic level of physical fitness as it involves a 10.8 km round-trip hike with elevation changes on uneven forest terrain. Please also remember that you must bring 2,000 AMD in cash per person for the ecological entrance fee, as card payments are not possible in the forest
