Meet your host at Sip ’n Bite, an intimate boutique wine bar in central Sofia. During this 90-minute guided tasting, sample five curated Bulgarian wines from small producers, paired with aged cheeses, artisan charcuterie, traditional dips, and bread.
Along the way, your host, a sommelier with a WSET Diploma, will introduce you to native grapes, key wine regions, and the stories behind Bulgaria’s modern wine scene.
Unlike standard tasting experiences, this one is centered entirely on boutique Bulgarian wines, native grapes and the character of Bulgaria’s wine regions. In a refined yet relaxed boutique wine bar in central Sofia, you’ll enjoy gourmet pairings and expert guidance for a more authentic introduction to Bulgarian wine culture.
