You'll taste maple syrups and various maple products (butter, sugar loaf, jelly and pastries) from our maple grove and from our friends. You'll learn about the origin of maple syrup, all the steps involved in harvesting it, its market and its various uses in cooking. You'll take part in the making of maple syrup and taste taffy on snow.
