From there, head to Valparaiso, Chile's vibrant port city. Walk through the iconic Arco Ingles, climb the colorful streets of Cerro Concepcion, and spot sea lions from a coastal viewpoint. Pause for lunch at a local spot before crossing into Vina del Mar to see the famous Flower Clock and enjoy free time at the beach.
