We will start our experience in Barrio Laureles: CALLE 44 A #70-79

In this tour, you will get to know the famous city center. We will enter the Mercado de Frutas de la Minorista to discover the local gastronomy and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the vendors and hawkers. Afterwards, we will visit a place full of culture: Plaza Botero! At this point, located between the renowned Nutibara Hotel and the Palace of Culture, we will do an interactive Quiz: Downtown Secrets, Anecdotes, Art... You will become a true local!

We will pass by "Las Playas" Avenue. Here in Medellin there are no beaches, but we have invented it in the heart of downtown. This bike path will take us through the essence of downtown Medellin, where you can enjoy an authentic atmosphere and discover several hidden monuments.

We will continue to the west of Medellin to visit the "Parques del Rio", a BEAUTIFUL place in the heart of the city, where EVERYTHING BLOOMS. This site has been the scene of numerous transformations and has become a green space much appreciated by the inhabitants of Medellin!

Nearby, in the Conquistadores neighborhood, we will stop for lunch and rest in a restaurant with unique flavors.

The last stage will be the Comuna 13. We will stop and walk through the streets of San Javier to get to know the neighborhood and its art, present everywhere: rappers, dancers, murals, graffiti and leaders that today mark the identity of the neighborhood that was one of the most affected in the world during the 90s and 2000s.

Here, peace and joy have replaced a territory marked by war between the FARC, paramilitaries, drug traffickers and the State. I will tell you how the most dangerous neighborhood in the world has become an innovative place where the community comes together to highlight strong values.

You will leave this neighborhood with unforgettable images and lessons of overcoming and resilience.
