Roll up your sleeves and prepare specialties like Khachapuri, the beloved cheese-filled bread, and Kubdari, a spiced meat bread from the Svaneti mountains. Try your hand at making Pkhali—colorful beet rolls with walnut paste—and Badrijani, fried aubergine with walnut and pomegranate. You’ll also create a fresh Georgian tomato salad, savor grilled pork skewers (Mtsvadi), and cook tender corn-fed chicken with a rich walnut sauce called Baje. The menu is rounded off with Ajika, a spicy pepper and tomato sauce, and a surprise dessert chosen by the chef.
