Go on a guided rappelling adventure in Los Arcos Canyon in Tenerife. Learn a new skill as you take in the immense, swooping geological formations surrounding you in the canyon. Learn all about the canyon's geological history from your local guide.
Meet your guide, pop on your helmet and harness, and start off with a little hiking route. See and learn about the endemic flora and talk about the history of this iconic location from your local guide.
Then, get taught how to rappel before putting your newfound skills to the test on a range of walls created by volcanic ash. Once you reach the first rappel, the fun begins. Descend with ropes through several walls — each one is very different from the other — all of which are made of volcanic ashes.
