An authentich experience in the greenest island. The unique possibility to understand the world of the capers with ana amazing tasting
The activity will be a full immersion about capers. The island is very famous! After the welcome at the appointment we will go to visit capers plants to understand how they grow and how we pick them. So will see the bud, the flower, the fruit (depend of the moment of the year). After this we will walk in the farm and you have also the opportunity to visit the cellar because the farm produce also organic wine. Now will be the best moment: we will sit in te beautiful terrace for the capers tasting. You will test different product with capers for example the capers, pesto, capers in olive oil, capers in vinegards and other with other vegetables made from the farm, sicilian cheese a,d the tasting of three different wines included the best malvasia passito. We will finish after 1 hour and half.
