Start your day with a pickup from your hotel in Addis Ababa. Drive north through beautiful terrain and farmlands. Arrive at the Debre Libanos Monastery, an important religious heritage site with a prayer cave and museum displaying many religious antiquities. Spend about 1.5 hours here visiting the church, museum, and prayer cave.
After a lunch break, visit the Portuguese Bridge, which is adorned with breathtaking waterfalls and deep gorges. In the vicinity of the bridge, also visit the endemic Gelada baboons and other bird species.
Late in the afternoon, drive back to Addis Ababa and be dropped off at your preferred place.
