December in Ghana : Afro - Future Festival

AFROFUTURE is a vibrant cultural festival dedicated to celebrating and showcasing the thriving millennial talent from Africa and beyond. The festival highlights African creativity, music artists.
Day 1 : ACCRA
Upon your arrival at the Airport in Accra, you will be greeted with the " Drum performances are associated with groups only ''. An amazing welcome dinner awaits you at Skybar25, the tallest rooftop bar in the capital.

Day 2 : ACCRA | AFROFUTURE FESTIVAL
The event offers a day filled with music and art performances by your favorite artists, fun activities, delicious food from your favorite vendors, and so much more.

Day 3 : TAMALE | MOLE NATIONAL PARK | ZAINA LODGE | EVENING SAFARI
Welcome to Zaina Lodge at Mole National Park. The lodge serves as a great base to explore the park. Enjoy an evening safari to make the most of your stay.

Day 4 : TAMALE | MOLE NATIONAL PARK | ZAINA LODGE | MOGNORI VILLAGE TOUR | SHEA BUTTER TOUR | MORNING SAFARI | BOMA DANCE DINNER NIGHT After the morning foot safari, you'll return back to base. Villagers here offer various activities, including canoe safaris on the river where you'll see monkeys, birds, and crocodiles; village tours where you'll learn about shea butter production and traditional medicine.

The Boma dance is a traditional northern dance that reflects their forefathers' encounters with colonial slave raiders and how some fought for their freedom.

Day 5 : ACCRA | POLO BEACH CLUB | NEW YEAR EVE PARTY
Ring in the new year at the Polo Club. This event is deemed the party to be at to close out the "Beyond the Return" initiative.

Day 6 : ACCRA | LABADI BEACH
On New Year's morning, we gather on the beautiful Labadi Beach to welcome 2026. The celebration culminates in a delectable lunch buffet right on the beach, or perhaps a relaxing massage by the waterfall, all at your own cost. With VIP access and tickets, we join the biggest New Year Akwaaba "ALL BLACK PARTY" at Nsuomunam to start the year 2026 . Don your all-black attire and let's go have fun.

Day 7 : ACCRA | FREE DAY
Whether you choose to read a book, enjoy a quiet coffee at a local café, or just reflect on your amazing experiences so far, this free day is all about rejuvenation.

Day 8 : CAPE COAST | HISTORIC SLAVE TRADE CASTLES
The castle, used for trading gold, ivory, and slaves, is now a UNESCO World Heritage site. Next, we visit Kakum National Park. Africa’s only aerial walkway, spanning 1,000 feet with seven bridges, offering a breathtaking view from 150 feet above the ground.

Day 9 : KUMASI | ASHANTI KINGDOM
We leave for Kumasi with a flight to the second-largest city in Ghana, home to the Ashanti Kingdom, for the traditional naming ceremony. Participate in a naming ceremony also known as 'Din to'. These names are usually day-born names and are often linked to great ancestors who lived exemplary lives.

Day 10 : ACCRA | FEED THE HUNGRY PROJECT | DEPARTURE
Our foundation, "THE LOFLIN-HART PROJECT," along with our partners, helps feed street kids, women, and other people in need in Accra. We also warmly welcome anyone in the group who is willing to support this initiative. Every bit of help is cherished!
