Guided by Tido, a tambouyé, artist, and wellness practitioner, you will discover the Ka drum, traditional instruments, and the seven rhythms of Gwo Ka, which are one of the pillars of Guadeloupe's cultural identity.

This experience is not just about discovering music. It invites you to feel the vibrations of the Ka, to slow down and reconnect with your body, your sensations, and the natural environment around you.

Through guided meditation combining breathing, inner listening, and the vibrations of the drum, let yourself be carried away by the rhythms in a calm, authentic atmosphere that encourages you to let go.

Tido shares with you his personal approach to Ka, nourished by his artistic practice and his experience in wellness coaching. The experience is offered in French or Guadeloupean Creole, depending on what is agreed with Tido.

To fully enjoy the experience, it is best to come with a towel or mat, as well as a bottle of water. Comfortable clothing is also recommended.
