Rejuvenate your mind body and senses with a private yoga session in jaipur that will have you smiling and feeling great for the rest of the day.

The instructor will come to your hotel to pick up you and will take you to our yoga Center in jaipur there instructor will teach about the basics of yoga and proceed with a session of Pranayama, a breathing exercise believed to cleanse the body from inside. Yoga is an ancient science, which leads to a healthy body, peaceful mind and librated soul.

Yoga does not require any rigorous exercise. An individual is supposed to relax and concentrate. Under the guidance of an expert, practice Hatha yoga, where “Ha” refers to the energy of Sun and “Tha” refers to the energy of moon. Also learn asanas (postures) that will lead to a balancing of the two energies in one’s body and help attain inner peace and equilibrium. You will also be taught the Surya Namaskar, the most essential of all yoga postures.

The sessions have been specifically developed to help improve health, energy and vitality; and are suitable for beginners to intermediate level.
