Friendly Japanese Sushi chef will show you how to make Nigiri sushi and Roll Sushi. Class is done in English.
We purchase fresh fish every early morning at the Kyoto Central Wholesale Market. Just before class, we cut into small size raw fish to make Sushi.
Class is done step by step method , so even kids can make Sushi with our hart-full support.
First we practice with Sushi sample toy, after you get used to we start making real Nigiri Sushi.
Then, After Nigiri, we make Maki-Sushi, using Makisu ( Bamboo mat.) In one long Maki-Sushi we put two different type inside.
We will cut into 6pc for you.
Finally, you will decorate all sushi on the Sushi plate, then eat as a lunch. While Sushi class, your hand may little messy, and also for food hygiene/sanitation, we will take about 50-60 photo and movie. After class, we will share all photo for you.
