This is a one-way airport transfer from/to HND airport. Please provide your Pickup and Dropoff address in advance! We may contact you regarding additional charges if the pick-up location is outside our service area.

For waiting time exceeding 30 minutes (for airport departure), a fee of 30 USD per hour will be charged

Maximum one piece of luggage per person. The luggage size limitation is 24 inches. Oversized or extra luggage must be communicated in advance. We will arrange different vehicle types according to the number of passengers.
If you have paid for the “MEET AND GREET AT AIRPORT” service, the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name.
If you haven’t paid for the “MEET AND GREET AT AIRPORT” service, the driver will contact you and text you the meeting point. Please, ensure your phone is switched on and accessible.
