We will make 4 kinds of Japanese WASHOKU such as sushi rolls, tempura, tofu salad, and Japanese rolled omelette. This class are delivered by our local chef who can speak English and Japanese.
We started this class to spread Japanese washoku culture throughout the world.
Japanese washoku is made of fresh and high quality ingredients from local farmers.
The appearance of them look simple, beautiful, and healthy.

And, Japanese style lunch box, bento is a portable meal. Most people make it in the morning at home and eat it for lunch. Typical Japanese Bento is made up of several side dish meals and main meals, such as roasted salmon, deep-fried chicken as main.

In this experience, you can fry tempura, cut ingredients actually like Japanese chef.
We provide local tips such as how to make dashi(stock), skillful knife handling, and so on.
After cooking your own bento, let's eat it while chatting!
