Equipped with mining lamps, you'll explore the partly unlit corridors of the historic show mine and experience the fascination of the cave world. On the approximately 90-minute tour, you'll learn interesting facts about the history of mining, the formation of the stalactite formations, and the function of old mining lamps – an atmosphere you won't experience on a normal tour.
Before the tour, you can visit the Grottoneum Adventure Museum and immerse yourself in the world of the fairy grottoes at interactive stations.
This dark tour is suitable for adventurers, families with children aged 8 and over, and anyone who wants to experience the wonders of nature and the secrets of the show mine up close.
Please wear warm clothing and sturdy shoes, as the temperature underground is about 10 degrees. To protect your clothes, you'll receive a coat free of charge.
