Travel in comfort from Cusco to Puno on a modern overnight sleeper bus, which departs at approximately 10:00 PM. During the journey, you can rest as you travel through the breathtaking Andean landscapes of southern Peru. The estimated time of arrival in Puno is approximately 5:00 a.m.

Upon your arrival, our staff will pick you up and take you to comfortable and cozy accommodations, where you can relax, use the facilities, and enjoy breakfast before the excursion begins. Afterward, starting at 7:15 a.m., we will begin pick-ups to head to the Port of Puno, where we will board a speedboat bound for the majestic Lake Titicaca (7:45 a.m.).

Your first stop will be a 1.5-hour visit to the fascinating Uros Islands, known for their manmade floating islands built from totora reeds and for preserving ancient ancestral traditions. There, you will learn about the way of life of the islands' inhabitants and have the opportunity to take incredible photographs of the lake.

We will then continue to Taquile Island, renowned for its spectacular scenery, Andean culture, and traditional weaving traditions, which have been recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage. During the visit, you will hike along trails offering panoramic views of the lake and interact with the local community. You will also enjoy a typical lunch at a local restaurant for approximately 3 hours before returning to Puno.
