Each day at the Inka Jungle will be a new opportunity to connect with nature, history and yourself.
Day 1: CUSCO - SANTA MARIA
We will pick you up from your hotel at 6:30 am; After an hour and a half of travel we will make a stop in the sacred valley near Ollantaytambo (to buy something, eat or use toilets). We will continue our journey to the Malaga pass which is at an altitude of 4316 meters above sea level, after 10 minutes past the pass we will start with the descent on bicycles towards the high jungle for 2 hrs to 3 hrs, (43km) passing through small villages, fruit fields, rivers and streams, we will finish the tour with the bikes in Huamanmarca then continue by car to the town of Santa Maria. After lunch we will have our canoeing activity, then we will take a transport for 20 minutes and start our one hour hike to get to our overnight place in the bush.
DIA 2: SANTA MARIA - SANTA TERESA
We will start the day with the coffee tour and then we will have our breakfast. We start our hike passing through a stretch of Inca trail.
Lunch in Quellomayo, we will pass the river through an oroya, to reach the hot springs, there we will have a moment of relaxation. and then continue to the town of Santa Teresa place of overnight and dinner.
DIA 3: SANTA TERESA - MACHUPICCHU PUEBLO
After breakfast we will have the Zip Line or Canopy activity, then we will go by car to hydroelectric (20 minutes) where we will have lunch. We will have a walk of 11km (2.30 hrs approximately) to the town of Aguas Calientes, where we will spend the night and have dinner.
DIA 4: MACHUPICCHU - CUSCO
On this day we go to the Inca citadel of Machupichu walking approximately 1 hour and a half uphill (1600 steps approx.) Once in the archaeological park we will have a guided tour for an average of 2.00hrs where the guide will explain the most important points, after the guided tour we will have free time without guide to take pictures and continue enjoying this wonder.
