Day 01: Reception / Forest walk / River safari
The journey begins when you arrive in Puerto Maldonado and are transferred to board a boat to the Lodge (approximately 1 ½ hrs downstream). Upon arrival you will enjoy a tasty lunch made from organic ingredients and native flavors. Afterwards, you will take a walk through the natural trails, where you will discover and learn about the primary and secondary forest, its components, uses, man-made transformations, and its relevance to the world.
At night you will have an interesting excursion to learn about its ecosystem, Amazonian ravines, and the behavior of nocturnal fauna on the banks of the river.
Returning to the Lodge you will enjoy a traditional dinner.

Day 02: Expedition to Lake Sandoval / Night Walk
Today will be a day of many emotions, after having a nutritious breakfast, you will get ready for a walk along the Tambopata National Reserve, which will lead you to Lake Sandoval. You will learn about the conservation work of the Reserve and about the formation of the lake, sailing in a canoe through this mirror of water, home of the endangered giant otter, the blue and yellow macaw, and one of the freshwater fish largest in the world “el Paiche”.
After a restful rest we prepare for a peculiar walk at dusk, a night walk where you will have the opportunity to observe the behavior of the nocturnal flora and fauna of the Amazon.
The day ends with a traditional dinner in the dining room.

Day 03: Amazon Sunrise & Visit to Canopy Tower
One morning of adventure, we headed to the bridges built 15 meters above the ground, right in the treetops with a privileged view that will allow us to enjoy a unique, relaxing and informative landscape. You can observe birds, and if luck accompanies us, a mammal in the middle of the Amazon.
In the afternoon, after lunch, we can visit the gardens and native farm to taste the fruits and harvest of the season.
We can also choose between going to try our luck with artisanal fishing and dining on our loot, or visiting the families originally from the Amazon, the Bococo family, they are a very original ethnic group that migrated to an island near the ecolodge.

Day 04: Morning walk / Breakfast / Transfer to Puerto Maldonado
This morning you will be free to enjoy the sunrise and capture the impressive views of the Madre de Dios River. Those who prefer this can go out to look for birds in the early morning, for which they must be at the meeting point before 5am.
Upon your return from the informative morning walk, you will enjoy a last nutritious breakfast.
Your guide and the staff in charge will bid you farewell and thank you for your visit to this part of the Amazon.
We will travel by canoe with outboard motor back to Puerto Maldonado. According to your departure time.
