On rare occasions when for reasons unknown why we cannot deliver the tour, you will receive a phone call and or email notifying you of the opportunity to either cancel for full refund or to reschedule the date and or time or you will be offered opportunity to receive a partial refund and offered a place on our shared public tour which also departs at 12.45.
We wear a red lanyard and we meet by our red sign and by the red bike, outside Oxford Tourist Info centre, 15 Broad street, OX1 3AS.

- Bodleian library entry is not included and indeed the only way to visit inside the medieval Bodleian library is by buying a ticket from the Bodleian library to join the Bodleian library's own tour. These library tours are for children aged 11+ only and these tickets usually sell out on average 3 weeks in advance.
- This tour also does not include entry inside Christ church - we offer such a tour listed separately on this platform which is called Christ church Harry Potter tour and it requires minimum numbers to operate as Christ church charges as much as £22 per person entry fee and typically tickets for it, sell out days ahead.
