You have to clear immigration checks first. Please show your tour voucher and provide our contact details if requested. This is a standard procedure. Then proceed towards the exit. Just before the exit, you will meet with your tour guide who will be holding your name board. Please do not exit the airport if you don't have a working mobile number with you as this may complicate the meet up.
