Begin with a training course, where your instructor will show you how the equipment works and how to use it safely. Complete the training course and demonstrate that you understand how to move safely before you can climb on your own. The training course includes a zipline and two simple obstacles at a low height.

Choose from a range of courses, each offering a unique challenge. The Green Course is the lowest and easiest, perfect for everyone. Make your way through fun obstacles and swing across ziplines at a comfortable height.

The Blue Course takes you a bit higher, up to 10 meters. The obstacles are longer and more challenging, requiring a bit more strength and courage. Don’t forget to enjoy the stunning nature around you as you go.

The Red Course is designed for true adventurers looking for a real challenge. Feel the rush as you move among the treetops, up to 10 meters high. The course ends with a spectacular 170-meter zipline that takes you from an 18-meter cliff back to the start area.

The Black Course is probably Sweden’s toughest high ropes course — brutal, demanding, and perfect for those who just can’t get enough challenge. If you make it all the way around, you’ll be rewarded with an incredible adrenaline rush and sore muscles to prove it.
