Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Be picked up from the airport and transferred to Mrimba Palm Hotel in Arusha. Unwind and get ready for your safari.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park. The park is named after the Tarangire River which runs through it. The river is the only source of water for wildlife in the region during the dry season.

See elephants, giraffes, bushbuck, and hartebeest. These animals are closely followed by a range of predators, including lions and leopards. There are more breeding species of birds found in Tarangire than anywhere else on the planet.
See ancient Baobab trees. Have a picnic lunch at a picnic site inside the park. After your game drive, transit to Africa Safari Lake Manyara

Day 3: Karatu to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, drive up into the cooler regions of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Stop to see the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater. Transit through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to the Serengeti, entering the South of the Park.

The Serengeti is famous for its vast open grasslands which allow for excellent sightings of wildlife. See the Great Migration of wildebeest, zebra, and antelope. Have a picnic lunch and overnight at a luxury tented camp in Central Serengeti.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park
Spend the entire day on game drives in the Serengeti. The park boasts an abundance of wildlife such as impala, buffalo, crocodile, and hippo. In addition to the iconic landscapes, you have a good chance of encountering predators and you may see lions, cheetahs, and leopards.
Today, it is possible to do early morning and late afternoon game drives, returning to the camp for lunch. Otherwise, enjoy a full day's game drive with a picnic lunch in the park. Dinner and overnight stay is at Kontik Serengeti Camp

Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, drive towards Ngorongoro Crater. The Crater was created when a large volcano exploded and collapsed in on itself two to three million years ago. The drive down into the Crater is an adventure in itself.
When you reach the Crater floor, you'll quickly find yourself amongst large numbers of wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, and more than 500 bird species. The Crater provides you with the best chance of seeing the endangered black rhino, which can sometimes be spotted in the open grasslands.
After a full afternoon inside the Crater, drive to Africa Safari Lake Manyara.

Day 6: Lake Manyara to Arusha
Drive to Lake Manyara National Park. The park is home to thousands of wading birds, including flamingos and over 500 other bird species. See baboons and elephants in the park’s thick evergreen forest, and watch for the tree-climbing lions that have become famous throughout Africa.
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park. After your game drive, be dropped off at a place of your choosing, such as Arusha, Kilimanjaro Airport, or Arusha Airport.
