Please be ready 5 minutes before the start, at the meeting point.
Your ticket is skip the ticket line, during high season there may be a line up to 15 minutes for the security check.
This is not a guided tour. Your host will bring you inside to the Palace and Harem section.
To be able to use the audio guide, the app should be downloaded in advance, which link is shared after reservation.
