Discover the Cu Chi Tunnels on a guided tour from Ho Chi Minh City. Walk through parts of the tunnel system, explore underground areas, and learn about the daily life of Vietnamese soldiers.
Option 1: Start time is 8:00 am or 12:45 pm
Option 2 & Option 3: The tour will start at 8:00am only
Begin your tour with a pickup from your hotel in District 1 or meet at the Central Palace in Ho Chi Minh City. Set off on a scenic drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels, located approximately 60 km from the city.
Along the way, enjoy views of the peaceful countryside with rice fields, rivers, ducks, and water buffaloes.
Upon arrival, walk through parts of the tunnel system, explore underground areas, and learn about the daily life of Vietnamese soldiers during the war. See smokeless stoves used for cooking underground and have the chance to try the simple foods the soldiers once lived on.
For those interested, there is an optional opportunity to try shooting an AK-47. After the visit, return to Ho Chi Minh City.
