Your classic Mekong Delta tour starts with pickup from your hotel at 8:00AM. From there you will travel by road to the Mekong Delta, Vietnam’s largest rice bowl.

Upon arrival in My Tho, visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda, a unique pagoda and a mixture of Vietnamese, Chinese, and Cambodian construction. Afterwards, take a cruise around the intricate small canals of the Delta region, which will prove to be a great way to observe the local lifestyle and take in the views, dotted by many islands.

You can watch the locals go about their everyday lives, and see how they make their coconut candy and crispy rice cakes. You will also be welcome to chat to the friendly vendors about life in the Mekong Delta. Following that, take a short walk around an orchard, where you will discover many seasonal fruits.
