Your experience begins with a friendly welcome at our family home, where you’ll be introduced to the day’s program in a relaxed, intimate setting. If you choose the market visit option, we’ll then head to a vibrant local market nearby. Here, you’ll learn how local people select fresh herbs, vegetables, meat, and spices, while interacting with friendly vendors and discovering ingredients unique to Huế cuisine.

After returning to the home, enjoy a refreshing local drink as your instructor introduces the dishes you’ll prepare and explains their cultural significance. The hands-on cooking session then begins, with step-by-step guidance from our experienced, English-speaking host. You’ll actively participate in preparing each dish, learning traditional techniques, cooking tips, and family recipes passed down through generations.

Once the cooking is complete, sit down and enjoy the delicious dishes you’ve created together. The experience concludes with a relaxed Q&A session, where you can ask questions about Huế food and culture, followed by photos to capture your memorable time in the kitchen.

Menu includes:
• Bún Bò Huế – Huế beef noodle soup
• Bánh Bèo Huế – steamed fern-shaped rice cakes
• Nem Rán Huế – Huế-style fried spring rolls
• Bánh Flan Kiểu Huế – Vietnamese caramel flan

Daily class schedule:
• Morning class: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Afternoon class: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
