Option 1: 2 Days, 1 Night
Day 1 | Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay – Dark & Bright Cave
Begin in Ha Long Bay, where limestone towers rise above the water in every direction. As the cruise enters Lan Ha Bay, watch the islands gather around quieter, sheltered stretches. Discover the Dark & Bright Cave area and take time to enjoy its striking setting before settling in for your night on the bay. As evening falls, see the familiar daytime scenery take on a different mood from the water.
Day 2 | Lan Ha Bay – Frog Pond Area – Ha Long Bay
Wake up among the islands and continue through Lan Ha Bay toward the Frog Pond area. Enjoy a final morning of calm waterways, limestone cliffs and ever-changing views from the cruise. Then sail back through Ha Long Bay, taking in the scenery once more before your journey ends.
Option 2: 3 Days, 2 Nights
Day 1 | Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay – Dark & Bright Cave
Set out across Ha Long Bay and leave the shore behind as its limestone skyline opens around you. Continue into Lan Ha Bay, following a route between islands and sheltered waters. Your first day includes the Dark & Bright Cave area, a memorable introduction to the landscape you will explore over the next two days. Spend your first night on the bay.
Day 2 | Dark & Bright Cave – Viet Hai Village – Ba Trai Dao
Take a full day to experience more of Lan Ha Bay. Return to the Dark & Bright Cave area, see the distinctive Chopsticks Islet and continue through the Tai Queo area. The journey also brings you to Viet Hai Village, set amid the island landscape, and the Ba Trai Dao area. With a second night on board, there is more time to appreciate the scenery as the light changes across the bay.
Day 3 | Lan Ha Bay – Frog Pond Area – Ha Long Bay
Begin your final day with another stretch through Lan Ha Bay and the Frog Pond area. Look out across the sheltered water and limestone islets before the cruise turns toward Ha Long Bay. Enjoy the last views from the deck as your three-day journey comes to a close.
