Discover the vibrant spirit of Tirana on this guided bike tour that combines nature, history, and modern culture.
Discover Tirana’s highlights on an active and immersive bike tour guided by a certified local expert. Starting in the heart of the city, we ride through parks, boulevards, and historical neighborhoods, making informative stops at each key site. This 3-hour experience is a perfect blend of nature, culture, and history, with short 5–10-minute stops for explanations at each location. All visits are from the outside, and bikes and helmets are included.

We meet at the Bicycles Road behind the new Bazaar at Qemal Stafa Road
Exactly at : Te Pacja 2004 restaurant on the main road

New Bazaar (Pazari i Ri)
We then cycle to the bustling New Bazaar, a lively area filled with local shops, fresh produce, and handmade souvenirs. Guests will have free time to explore, shop, or enjoy a local snack.

Blloku neighborhood—once restricted to Albania’s communist elite, now the trendiest part of Tirana. After getting fitted for our bikes and helmets, we start riding toward the greenest area of the city.

Grand Park & Artificial Lake
Our first ride takes us into the Grand Park of Tirana, circling the tranquil Artificial Lake. Surrounded by pine trees and locals enjoying outdoor activities, this peaceful setting offers a refreshing start to the day.

Martyrs’ Boulevard & Mother Teresa Square
As we return to the city, we follow the grand Martyrs’ Boulevard, stopping at Mother Teresa Square, which is home to the University of Tirana and various government institutions. The boulevard itself is lined with modern and socialist-era architecture.

Air Albania Stadium
Cycling further along the boulevard, we stop at the striking Air Albania Stadium—the only stadium in the world with a tower built into its structure. It’s a bold symbol of the city’s contemporary development and architectural ambition.

The Pyramid of Tirana
Our next stop is the iconic Pyramid of Tirana, originally a museum dedicated to dictator Enver Hoxha. Today it stands as a controversial and fascinating post-communist monument, undergoing transformation into a digital and cultural hub.

Vodafone Bridge to Tirana Castle
Crossing the Vodafone Bridge, we reach Tirana Castle (Kalaja e Tiranës). Here, we leave our bikes briefly to walk through the beautifully restored pedestrian area, home to artisan shops, cafés, and traditional architecture.

Tanners' Bridge (Ura e Tabakëve)
A short ride from the castle brings us to Tanners' Bridge, a well-preserved Ottoman-era stone bridge. Once part of the old trade route, it’s a quiet reminder of Tirana’s historic past nestled amid modern surroundings.
