The temperature difference between day and night in Europe is substantial, the annual average temperature exceeds 30 degrees for less than two months, and European countries have strong environmental protection awareness. Therefore, hotels in Europe may not have standard air conditioning.
Each participant is allowed to bring one big and one small luggages on board (Big luggage weight below 30kg, the sum of length, width and depth must not exceed 158cm). If passenger brings more than one big and one small luggage (given that there is space available to store) each additional piece of luggage will be charged €5/ day (£5/ day for purple line). Availability to accommodate extra luggages cannot be guaranteed.
Present your Booking Voucher to the tour manager when you board the coach. We can't allow delays by a single passenger or group. A participant’s negligence and late arrival can result in missed connections for other passengers.
