Inspired by the Parisian concept, the first Bouillon in Belgium established itself in the heart of the Brussels. Enjoy and experience the rich culinary heritage of Belgium's popular cuisine.
Born around 1850 in the heart of Paris in the Les Halles district, the concept of Bouillons, created by Baptiste-Adoplhe Duval, offered revitalizing and quality cuisine at affordable prices.
This project encountered a great succes, with numerous establishments in Paris and troughout the entire country. The Bouillons were renowned for their efficient management and iconic locations. Inspired by the parisian concept, Bouillon Brussels, the first of its kind in Belgium, naturally established itself in the heart of the llot Sacré, a historic district also known as the belly of the city. Bouillon Brussels thus perpetuates the rich culinary heritage of Belgium’s popular cuisine.
