The dining experience includes a three-course Finnish Midsummer menu featuring sautéed game with homemade mashed potatoes and lingonberries, a traditional salmon-filled sulhaspiirakka to start, and chocolate pudding for dessert. The atmosphere is created by Finnish performers including Pekko Käppi, known for his powerful folk-inspired sound and jouhikko playing; Jantso Jokelin, a Helsinki-based blues-folk artist, songwriter and harmonica player; and DJ Old Crank, who plays music on a hand-cranked gramophone using genuine shellac records from another era.
