Limited to 6-10 guests at 15:00 (Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays), you'll start with a private marani visit - touch the ancient qvevri clay pots, hear the gentle fermentation, and discover how our natural wines are born.

Then settle at the table for light, generous samples straight from the day's prep: 4-6 homemade bites (perhaps a hearty stew preview, fresh salads with yard herbs, or a fusion experiment blending Georgian soul with Spanish or German touches).
