The round trip combines nature, city history and relaxing paddling moments. You paddle along the Elstermühlgraben onto the Weiße Elster. After just a few minutes, you will immerse yourself in the green river landscape of Leipzig. Shady banks, waterfowl and the unique floodplain landscape make this tour a special nature experience.

You will then paddle through the historic Karl-Heine Canal – also known as "Leipzig's Little Venice". Here you will find impressive industrial monuments, old factory buildings, numerous bridges, and an extraordinary mix of nature and urban flair.

You set your own pace along the way. Enjoy the tranquility on the water or capture the most beautiful views with your camera. Thanks to the circular route, you can easily return to City Harbour Leipzig.

Before you start, you will receive instruction on paddling technique, safety, and the route. Afterwards, your personal water adventure begins – completely without a guide.
