Samburu National Reserve is situated on the banks of the Ewaso Ngiro River in the dry northern Kenya. It is located in a hot and arid area characterized by a parched landscape of hills and plains. The combination of wood and grassland with riverine forest and swamp is home to a wide variety of wildlife and also will have to visit Ol Pejeta Conservancy lies in a 90,000-acre not-for-profit wildlife conservancy in Central Kenya's Laikipia County arriving in good time for lunch with afternoon game viewing. It is situated on the equator west of Nanyuki, between the foothills of the Aberdares and Mount Kenya. The conservancy is home to a variety of animals including the “Big Five”. It is the largest sanctuary in East Africa for the endangered Black Rhino and is also a sanctuary for rescued chimpanzees.
