Beschreibung

Experience the magic of All Saints and All Souls Days on a guided tour from Molėtai. Discover the traditions of remembrance in the Lithuanian countryside and see cemeteries illuminated by candlelight.
Embark on an evening journey through the dark forests and fields of the Lithuanian countryside, until you reach the various oases of candlelight in the dark for these very special days.

All Saints' and Souls' Days blend into a single period of remembrance, where Lithuanian traditions are combined with Christian beliefs and ancient pagan customs. Each year, the cemeteries and churchyards around the country erupt in candlelight to remember those who came before us.

In the town and district around Molėtai, one of Lithuania's oldest settlements and surrounded by enchanting bodies of water, experience this tradition to the fullest.
