Have you heard of the Nazca Lines? Discover the enigmas hidden in these geoglyphs by flying over the area in a small plane – the best way to admire these breathtaking engravings!
At 4:00 am, we'll meet you at bus station in Lima. Once you board the bus, you can take advantage of the 8-hour trip to rest until we get to Nazca.
Once we arrive there, we'll go to the Maria Reiche aerodrome, where we'll watch an introduction video in which we'll learn how to recognize the different figures that you'll see from the sky. Then, it'll be time to fly!
We'll board the plane and the pilot will begin to take altitude while flying over this area expanding over almost 1000 km2 (10,000 ft2). You'll enjoy a bird's eye view of the amazing shapes engraved on the ground such as the monkey, the spider, the whale, the astronaut, and the dog. How many of them will you spot?
After the activity, you'll have some free time to explore the city of Nazca and get something to eat. At 10:45 pm we'll get back on the bus and set off on our return journey to Lima. We'll drop you off at the starting point at 5:30 am.
