Join a guided walking food tour in York. The historical city has influences from around the world, so get ready to taste and discover some of its best foodie gems.

Meet your knowledgeable local guide and the other guests on your tour at York Art Gallery. The tour lasts around 3.5 hours, and you’ll walk a little less than a mile in total.

Bring your appetite with you. Your guide will take you to four independent eateries across York. Sit down, take the load off and savour a small tasting plate and drink at each stop.

Your guide will also give you a flavour of the history behind Yorkshire’s capital city during the tour.

We have two tours to choose from in York, one on a Friday and another on a Sunday. On A Friday, you’ll end in Colliergate and on a Sunday, you’ll finish in Castlegate. Once you’ve tried one route, you’ll want to come back and try the other.
