Guided entry to both New college & Christ church film sites aimed at the most fanatical of you Muggles who want to squeeze into your day trip to Oxford! Divinity school also included, as & when open.
There are several options for Oxford Harry Potter tours- indeed, we created the original Hogwarts tours here which have since been much copied and we have led tens of thousands of Muggles of all ages. However, this experience includes entry to all three of the film sites on an extended tour which is aimed at the most fanatical of you Muggles who want to squeeze into one day to make the most of your day trip to Oxford!
In the morning, we start at 10am and we will visit inside New college film site and also stop by the Turf Tavern which is said to have inspired the Three Broomsticks and is where the actors used to relax after filming.
Then you have some limited free time to get a quick lunch stop. In the afternoon, you will see inside the Divinity school at the Bodleian library and then finish with entry to Christ church usually around 2.45pm. Finish your tour with a self-guided visit to Christ Church, where you can explore the Great Hall and other areas that inspired the Hogwarts sets.
Note that entry to Duke Humfreys library at the Bodleian is not included and the only reason why is because its entry tickets usually sell out, 2 weeks ahead but we can advise you on it.
Note that any dates that Divinity school is closed, the tour still runs but it will be introduced from outside. Please see 'Exclusions' section below for details of the as many as 50 days a year that Divinity school may be closed.
